Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Cezar Unchesel, technical director of ARAMINE, to our premises. This company specializes in mining and is located in Gardanne. Indeed, Aramine, entrusted us with the repair of a boiler room, namely a bucket for one of their mining and quarrying machines.
Thanks to our heavy truck crane, we went on site to recover the damaged part. We then repatriated the bucket to our premises.
From there, the teams began to work on the repair of the boiler room (cheeks, blades, fasteners …).
We cut out the elements to be repaired on the structure. At the same time, our boilermaker manufactured identical parts to weld them on the bucket in order to refurbish it.
Once the elements were assembled by our welder, the part was painted in accordance with the RAL provided by the customer.
