The demand for boiler parts
One of our clients, located in the Bouches-du-Rhône, around the Etang de Berre, entrusted us with the creation of two boiler tanks. These two boiler-lined tanks are required to collect powdery materials that our customer manufactures in his factory.
In order to carry out this maintenance and upkeep of the production lines, we have therefore thought about the best possible configuration in accordance with our client’s expectations as well as the constraints of the site.
We first drew up plans to submit them to the factory for approval. Subsequently we therefore shaped the boiler parts that will make up the tanks.
Welding process
For the assembly of the parts we used the GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding) welding process. This technique allows for high welding precision and low fumes. This makes it a very popular welding practice for our customers in industry and the marine industry.
We will talk in more detail about the technical specificities of this GTAW process in a dedicated article.
Once the tanks were boiled and assembled, we transported them to the customer to connect them to the existing system.
Custom design
Our boilermaking tank manufacturing process can be adapted to all kinds of containers. Respecting all your requests for shapes, sizes, materials … in order to integrate as well as possible into your facilities.
For example, after a first order, our customer ordered “cyclone” type tanks again. The manufacturing process is the same as before.
